Company Profile

Nortex is headquartered in Lewisville, Texas, with branch offices in Houston and Denver, CO.

Formed in 1998, Nortex has a portable classroom lease fleet of over 440 units and sales of products and services were about $9,300,000.00 in the year 2005. The owners have a combined 45 years of experience in the modular building business ranging from the Arctic Islands to the Texas Gulf Coast. With a long list of satisfied customers and a strong financial position, Nortex can serve any modular building need. 

Nortex is a State of Texas certified HUB. 

We are locally owned and operated and offer free design consultation on all projects.

Amazing delivery completion dates are the norm at Nortex. Almost any size portable classroom project can be completed in less than 90 days and often in less than 60 days. Turnkey projects with professional, on-site full-time project and construction management is standard procedure at Nortex. We also provide repair and relocation services to our many customers who have come to rely on our efficient, courteous service.

Nortex Modular Space specializes in the sale, lease, and rental of modular and portable buildings, portable classrooms, relocatable buildings of all  types, modular church buildings, GSA modular buildings and contracts, temporary office, classrooms, as well as medical and special use buildings to Government  and Private Industry. No details are overlooked as all phases of construction are controlled through the Nortex Total Project Responsibility System. 

We serve the Federal Government under a GSA contract, State, County, City and Local Government Agencies, Churches, Private and Public Schools, Universities and Colleges, Child Care Organizations, Industrial Plants, Manufacturing and Commercial Organizations, Health Care Organizations, Refineries, Defense Contractors, and Contractors of all types.
